Sprig needs microphone permission to record. Open the iOS Settings app, find Sprig, and make sure Microphone is turned on. If you use the Action Button, confirm Sprig is still assigned under Settings, then Action Button.

Transcription uses Apple’s on-device speech recognition, so Speech Recognition permission must be enabled for Sprig in the iOS Settings app. If a language model is still downloading, iOS may need a few minutes on Wi-Fi before on-device transcription is available in your language.

Sprig is designed to keep recording while your iPhone is locked, and iOS shows a Live Activity while it does. If recording stops early, check that Low Power Mode is off and that Background App Refresh is enabled for Sprig, since iOS can suspend background audio in rare low-resource situations.

If you subscribed to Sprig Pro and it shows as locked, open Sprig’s settings and tap Restore Purchases while signed in to the same App Store account you used to subscribe. This works on a new iPhone too.

Apple manages all billing. To cancel, open the iOS Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Sprig Pro, and choose Cancel Subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the paid period, and canceling during the seven-day trial means you are never charged.

Every meeting can be exported as text or PDF from the note detail screen. To delete data, remove individual meetings in the app or delete the app itself; because everything is stored on your device, deletion is immediate and complete.
