Terms of Use
Last updated July 22, 2026. These terms cover your use of the Sprig app for iPhone.
License
Sprig is licensed to you under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). By downloading or using Sprig you agree to that agreement, which governs the license, usage rules, and warranty terms for apps distributed through the App Store.
Subscriptions
Sprig offers three free meetings. Sprig Pro unlocks unlimited meetings through an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription, each beginning with a seven-day free trial. Payment is charged to your App Store account, subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel them anytime in your App Store account settings. Apple displays the final localized price before you confirm any purchase.
Your recordings and the law
You are responsible for using Sprig lawfully. Laws about recording conversations vary by place, and many require the consent of the people being recorded. Obtain any consent your jurisdiction requires before recording.
Your content
Everything you record and every note Sprig generates belongs to you and stays on your device. Sprig claims no rights over your content. See the privacy policy for details on how data is handled.
Disclaimer
Transcripts and AI-generated notes are produced automatically on your device and may contain mistakes. Review anything important before relying on it. Sprig is provided as described in Apple’s Standard EULA, which includes the applicable warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.
