Terms of Use

Last updated August 5, 2026. These terms cover your use of the Sprig app for iPhone.

License

Sprig is licensed to you under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). By downloading or using Sprig you agree to that agreement, which governs the license, usage rules, and warranty terms for apps distributed through the App Store.

Subscriptions

Sprig includes one free note. Sprig Pro unlocks unlimited notes through auto-renewing monthly and yearly subscriptions. The monthly plan is charged immediately and does not include a free trial. Eligible new subscribers may receive a seven-day free trial with the yearly plan. After the trial, the yearly subscription renews at the localized price shown before purchase unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Subscriptions can be managed or canceled through Apple Account settings.

Your recordings and the law

You are responsible for using Sprig lawfully. Laws about recording conversations vary by place, and many require the consent of the people being recorded. Obtain any consent your jurisdiction requires before recording.

Your content

Everything you record and every note Sprig generates belongs to you and stays on your device. Sprig claims no rights over your content. See the privacy policy for details on how data is handled.

Disclaimer

Transcripts and AI-generated notes are produced automatically on your device and may contain mistakes. Review anything important before relying on it. Sprig is provided as described in Apple’s Standard EULA, which includes the applicable warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.
